140mt2 condominium in downtown Cancun, right infront of Las Americas shopping mall and a 20-minute bus ride from the beach. We offer a room with a double bed, breakfast, english and spanish spoken (a bit of French also). Non smoking, no pets, no late arrivals (past 11pm). We are a family with 2 teenagers (a 15-yr old girl and a 13 yr old boy). We also own a dog, a friendly Chihuahua by the name of Sam. We love Sports (specially Soccer), going to the beach and making new friends.
I work from home. I have my own business. I organize Soccer leagues and tournaments (www.futbilly.com). Every once in a while I also organize Soccer matches for european and american soccer teams traveling to Cancún.
My wife is a Montessori kindergarden teacher. She is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. She is always laughing.
My 2 kids are in high school and they are performing well, achieving good grades. My daughter has an academic scholarship and is very outgoing. My son is more reserved but it is an athlete. He trains Soccer 4 days a week and plays on weekends in 2 different leagues. Hopefully, he will get a Soccer scholarship for College.

About the Area
We live in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The Condominium has 24 hour security (security guard at the entrance of the building). It is located close to many restaurants and stores. It is an upscale zone. We have a very cool supermaket just down the block and the Ibis hotel in the corner. The Universidad Tec Milenio is just a 10 minute walk away. The 2 best hospitals in town are also within 1 mile away. We have everything close. It is a very practical location.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
