House Rules
First and Foremost, this is OUR home. And we thank you for choosing Serind83. Self-register at guardhouse by leaving your identity card there for every time enter Serin is required.
We want our wonderful guests who stay with us to respect that this our home. We expect our guests to behave in a mature respectful manner with their behavior and language while we share our home with you.
1. Keep the house clean as no one is a fan of bugs. Place your shoe in the shoes cabinet while step in the house.
2. We are a SMOKE-FREE home. This listing is for NON-SMOKERS only. All guests must be NON-Smokers. Also, no chewing tobacco, E-cigs, etc.
4. Absolutely NO VISITORS to our home.
If you would like a relative to pick you up, that's fine, just let us know ahead of time as to who is coming.
5. Any damage or losses to our home, room, bathroom, furniture, appliances, linens, books, accessories, etc will be the financial responsibility of the booked guest.
6. Quiet time is between 10pm - 7:30am. We want our guests to have a fun time in Serind83, so feel free to come and go as you please at any time of the day or night. We do not want our neighbors disturbed at all, so please be quiet and courteous upon returning to our home during quiet hours.
7. Anytime you are not in the room, please be sure to TURN OFF all lights, Air-cond and ceiling fan.
8. Please refrain from using any candles or fire in the house.
9. During your stay, we are not responsible for illness, injury, theft or accidents. If you have any questions, please let us know beforehand. If you do become ill with a cold/flu/contagious disease during your stay, please let me know as soon as possible so I may protect my family. I'm happy to take a guest to the ER.
10. Clear and concise communication is extremely important to me with your arrival and departure times. Please be sure to let us know when you are arriving so we may greet you. If there is no other guest coming in that day, late check out is possible for those with late flight departures up to 5:00pm at half day rate.
Do not hesitate to bring anything to my attention, ask questions or if you need anything. I am here to help you be comfortable, happy and well taken care of as your Host.
Last but not least, and the most important rule ever, please remember that every AirBnB host has rules. Every one of our favorite guests has no issue following these easy standard of rules which made for a great time for everyone around. Because as clearly stated above, this is OUR HOME. :-)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
