Friendly sharing of almost everything as in extended family but please declare yourself/ves non-smoking, not hard-drinking, not dependent on medication, and having travel insurance. Orthopedic mattresses, down duvets, bright airy room, strong hot shower, hot tub, wholesome food, ionized water .... 7 minutes from Tokiwadaira station, 30 minutes to Ueno, 60 mins to Tokyo, 60 mins to Narita, 80 minutes Haneda. Neighborhood shopping and services for discerning as well as budget conscious. As booking fee is 15%, please book the minimum to save and have a friendly arrangement thereafter.

About the Area
Location is eastern suburbs of Tokyo, residential with gardens, parks and a cherry trees avenue blossoming in late March.
Narita and Haneda airports, Asakusa, Skytree, Imperial Palace, Disney Resorts are about one hour and one or two train transfers.
Japan Rail Pass can be used from Matsudo Station or Shin Yabashira Station about 150 yen from our nearest station Tokiwadaira Station.

House Rules
Only contact if you have valid travel insurance in Japan. We shall agree to be polite, considerate, soft-spoken, and quite clean and tidy. As booking fee is 15%, please book the minimum to save . We will have a friendly arrangement thereafter.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
