I offer a private room in my unique and old venitian style apartment- guests will be sharing my home with me and my cat Ruggine :) The common areas (includes a comfortable living room, equipped kitchen and shared bathroom) are facing a canal on one side and the bedrooms a garden on the other side, where you can also chill with your morning coffee when the weather is good. As I will be sharing with you my home, I would appreciate if in the request you could tell me a little bit about yourselves :)
The apartment is centrally located close to the train and bus station in the beautiful sestiere of Santa Croce, and within a walking distance to all the activities in town.

About the Area
The appartment is located in santa croce- just 10 minutes from the train or bus station! Meaning you won't have to drag around many of Venice's bridges with your luaggage :)
There is a supermarket and many bars and coffe shops in the area.
It is 15 minutes walk from Rialto bridge and about 30 minutes from San Marco square, and withing a short walk you can also find Vapporeto (boat-bus) that can take to any spot of the city.

Our stay with Lyah was perfect. The flat is very nice and comfortable and located in the center of Venice. Lyah was very nice and had a lot of tips about the city. We really enjoyed staying at her place and would love to come back on day.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
