Bright apartment with 2 double rooms, spacious kitchen and bathroom. One of the rooms has a double bed + a single bed, free WIFI. The rooms are bright and spacious. One of the rooms have a balcony.
Mestre and 20 minutes by bus or train to Venice. There is public zone parking (blue line zone) for payment (€ .0.70 / h).

Our apartment is located in Mestre, close to the train station and the bus stop. Yu can reach Venice in 15 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by train.

About the Area
Venice is very close! The first bus stop is 3 minutes walk from. Ride to the local wine bars.
There are great restaurants in Mestre to be discovered.
We are two steps away from the center of Mestre and the train station. Piazza Ferretto are the shops of the great Italian and international brands. It is there that the inhabitants of Mestre stop for a drink or a coffee with friends. At Candiani Center there are exhibitions, movies and music at moderate prices throughout the year.
The neighborhood of Via Piave offers many ethnic restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and salons. In Piraghetto Park every morning offers free classes of Tai Chi Chuan.

"If you are traveling to Venice, this place is Mestre." Getting to Venice by train station in Venice We are in Mestre and are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Rosa's place to the logistical advantages of staying in Mestre. - Rosa Emilia creates a cheerful atmosphere in her place. "(Inez)
Smoking is not allowed in the house. It is not allowed to organize parties. It is not allowed to wash clothes in the shower. Keys must be delivered before the check out. If you lose the keys guests must pay €. 20.00 for damages. We avoid wasting energy by turning off the lights and leaving the apartment. Change to 6 days. Self-service breakfast.
After 11 PM it is not allowed to take a shower.
The price does not include the tourist tax. City tax must be paid at check-in. The bathroom is shared. After check-in costs € 10. From 23h to 1am € 25. I'm not available for check in after 1am.

Additional notes
The price includes self-service breakfast, sheets and linen change every 6 days. For longer periods further reductions are foreseen. The price does not include the tourist tax that is paid upon check-in

Rosa is great and very lovely person! We had a great time at her place which is very clean and comfortable. Also very central location close to down town Venice. Highly recommend staying with Rosa when visiting Venice. I give her six hearts!

ROSA est toujours souriante, à l'écoute, très observatrice, en plus elle me paraît très sympathique. Je peux vous dire que je suis très contente de mon séjour passé chez elle. Je n'ai pas boudé mon plaisir. Je pense que nous avons beaucoup de points communs, le courant s'est très bien passé c'est très important. J'étais bien accueillie, nous avons bien communiqué. J'avais l'impression d'être dans la famille. Enfin en si peu de temps je l'ai beaucoup appréciée. Je n'ai absolument rien à lui reprocher.
Je ne peux qu'à la remercier et je lui dit à bientôt pour un prochain séjour plus long.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rosa Emilia. Elle est super accueillante et très attentionnée. Son appartement est meublé avec goût et la chambre est confortable. Un bus nous emmène directement à Venise, c'est donc très facile d'accès. On vous recommande vivement cette adresse.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
