Dependance attached to a timeshare villa so that, during your stay, there will be the owners. Private bathroom with shower and everything needed for personal hygiene. Kitchen, garden and outdoor shower shared with other guests. Private parking. The sea is 150 meters away and can be reached on foot. In the TV room with Sky and sofa that turns into a comfortable bed at night. In the morning a light breakfast is served on the veranda. I will be available for any assistance and if you want, contributing to the costs, we can prepare together typical Sicilian dishes and go to visit the famous Ortigia or Noto. You will also have the opportunity to buy jams and preserves prepared by me.

About the Area
Our house is located in the seaside area of Syracuse which is about 12 km. Nearby restaurant, pizzeria and bar within walking distance. The sea is 150 meters from the house. We recommend the car for travel and in case you did not have it, I have the possibility, for a fee, to accompany you. From May to June, classic performances are held in Syracuse so that the sea can be coupled with culture. In the characteristic port of Ognina there is the possibility to buy fresh fish directly in the boats arriving.

House Rules
Respect for silence and common things. Do not smoke in the room and turn off the air conditioner when you leave. If you use the kitchen, leave everything clean and stored. It is forbidden to organize parties and to let external people enter.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
