I live in a renovated Tuscan farmhouse with animals, a synergistic vegetable garden, swimming pool and wood. There are 2 independent apartments (3 and 5 beds) equipped with every service.
On the ground floor, the rooms are used for holistic activities, a room with parquet for motor activities and guided relaxation, which can be booked on site, and a playroom for children and teenagers. Once a week we hold the Biodanza class. There is the nearby forest and a meditation area near the lake surrounded by nature. The animals present are the donkeys Stella, Tao Leonello the rooster Antoine and his hens, the cats Gaja and Magique are part of the family. At guests' disposal washing machine and library. In summer the swimming pool with lawn and gazebo allow full relaxation. With short walks you can reach the Tiber with its crystalline waters (we are close to the springs), and the artificial lake of Montedoglio where various types of boats are available to enthusiasts (pedal boats, canoes, sailing boats) between water, sky and nature.

About the Area
my house is located 5 km from the town of Sansepolcro, we are surrounded by our fields and the woods but we are not too isolated. There is a bus stop nearby but out of our road.

Gabriella was an incredible and welcoming host. Her warmth and kindness made me feel like I was a part of the family and her home feels like a safe and cozy cottage. I loved getting to know her farm animals and of course eating her unbelievable homemade Italian food. This experience filled my heart and soul with love and I will never forget her hospitality. 100% recommend staying with Gabriella.

I am studying abroad in Florence and this was one of the most incredible experiences of my time in Italy. Maria Gabriella and her husband were the nicest people ever and treated us like a family. The food was amazing and she let us go canoeing with her friends. She helped us get to Sansepolcro and to Arezzo and I could not recommend this homestay more! Such lovely people!

La Beriola è situato in un luogo ameno e ricco di suggestioni naturalistiche. Arrivati ci si sente subito come a casa grazie all'accoglienza gentile e premurosa di Gabriella e Vincenzo, la presenza di numerosi animali ha reso quest'esperienza un'occasione di immergersi totalmente nella natura e relax e alla fine del soggiorno ci siamo sentiti totalmente rigenerati e felici di aver fatto la conoscenza di queste gradevolissime persone.

Gabriella and her husband were kind hosts and we were very comfortable in their apartment. Lovely quiet area in the countryside with a pool to enjoy.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
