My name is Sonia and I Live in this beautiful city of Rome in a Huge 120 sq.m. appartment with my 2 children.
Our home has 4 rooms and we are willing to rent 2 rooms to tourists/students coming to Rome for their Vacations/Stay/Study by themselves or in company. It is excellently connected to Rome Centre (25mins. of metro from the central station)
The Large room is furnished
with one double EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE sofa bed in a LARGE room from 60/100 (with possibility of sharing it with other people that is from 20/30 Euros per night per person)
Single Room With one single Bed and a Private Bathroom from 30/60 Euros per night.
THE PAYMENT OF THE REST OF THE AMOUNT IS TO BE MADE WITHIN A WEEK AFTER THE BOOKING ONLINE THROUGH BANK WIRE TRANSFER!
We also offer VERY REASONABLE PRICES FOR WEEKLY OR MONTHLY STAY.
You will be provided with a typically Italian/American breakfast, laundry and room cleaning service included in the price.
We also have Lunch and Dinner if and when required (not included in the rent).
8 euros per person (lunch/dinner)/menu (that includes starter, 2 main servings, salad, dessert and a drink)
weeky basis for 75 euros per week
or even, monthly basis for 150 euros per month.
We also Pick You Up and Drop You back at the Airport with nearly 40% less on price than any regular or private taxi You might want to opt for.

5 mins. walk from the ST. PETER'S CHURCH and a walk or a stop or two from any metro station (line A): San Pietro / Ottaviano / Cornelia / Baldo Degli Ubaldi / Valle Aurelia / Cipro.
25 mins. of metro from the central station Termini connected through Metro (Subway) or Shuttle or even Public Transport.
We also Provide You with personal Guiding Assistence and Shopping Assistence from a professional translator/Interpreter for Just 50€ per day (all tickets and entries You might have to pay for Yourself and the guide aren't included)
We also pick You up and drop You from and to the Airport Which can be arranged on request.

Sonia was a perfect host. She always checked in on me to see how I was feeling, what I was up to, whether I was hungry or not etc...and did her best to make sure I was happy. She really makes you feel like you are part of the family. She, her daughters and her dog are all sweethearts!

Oh my god! She is so nice, I had a lot of fun there! She is the most wonderful woman I've ever seen! I miss Sonia and her lovely daughters so much! And the house is very comfortable!

Sonia has been very helpful and my daughter enjoyed to spend good time with Sonia and his daughter during some activities in Roma and around.
Small private room was very convenient with bathroom.

Eu nunca tinha me hospedado em casa de família. Sempre fiquei em hotéis. Eu não gostei da experiência, sou mais velha e muito sistemática. Eu não fiquei a vontafe. Mas, o problema era meu.

Sonia, in addition to being a Shakespeare scholar ( this service is offered gratis, and is obviously an enormous advantage for any Homestay experience), makes the best, most memorable, coffee in Rome. She is, like her children, the soul of charm. Paul.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
