Big, confortable and convenient room in a large apartment at the 4th floor of a nice and clean block of flats. Good area of the town, nice private yard, green, quiet and safe; Not central, but near Cinecittadue Centro Commerciale and near public transportation (bus - on Palmiro Togliatti street and underground - 15 minutes away, walking distance). It takes about 30 minutes by subway to center of Rome from Subaugusta station.
We were four people, so our room had one double and 2 single beds (bed linen and towels included). The bathroom was external, but private (with key) and had all the toiletries we needed (even cotton buds) and also a hair dryer. The kitchen was available for all guests. The breakfast was included in the price and served everyday beetween 7.30 and 10. Nice breakfast, usually sweet, but we received also salty food when told the owner that I am diabetic and I can' eat anything sweet.
One day we cooked pasta and the lady of the house helped us a lot and offered olive oil, too. The room and bathroom were cleaned everyday when we were out. And when I say "cleaned" I say really cleaned, even the beds were looking as in the first moment!
The owner helped us with the map of Rome (when we arrived) and informations (every day).
We had a TV and air conditioning, but didn't use them.
We recomaend the place and we are going to come back here ourselves!March 2016
Clean and helpful
