Our house is located in an excellent strategic position for everything. You will be very close to the centre. The apartment is 10 steps from the Metro Baldo degli Ubaldi (red line). All Rome attractions can be reached in 5/20 minutes. Vatican is few steps from the house. The house is also 20 minutes by car from Fiumicino Airport. There is no better position to visit and live in Rome. Parking may be available if close garages have space (this should be checked with the host in advance).
A small bed can be added for young children. I am a professional cook and meals can be prepared based on a list we can share. Top quality is what we promise!
We - the owners - are a cute young family, with a little girl and nice stories to share. We love discovering other cultures. We speak four languages: Italian, Spanish, English, French. We try to speak Portugues and German as well. We have a wonderful cat (a ragdoll) perfect for children: she grew up with our daughter.

About the Area
Our house is located 10 feet from the entrance of Metro Baldo degli Ubaldi (red line). It is perfectly connected with all Rome attractions. 10 minutes by walking from the Vatican. 20 minutes by walking / 5 minutes by metro from the city centre (Fori Romani, Piazzale Flaminio, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseo). Fiumicino Airport and wonderful beaches are 20 minutes by car.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
