My apartment is located a seven minute walk from Piazza Castelnuovo / Politeama and 10 from via Libertà, pretty much the center of Palermo "well", but in a slightly more popular context. I have a comfortable single room with private bathroom, just outside it. There are two balconies overlooking the city and sea views and a terrace with a small table and two chairs on a very large inner courtyard where other palaces are facing (where you can only access if I'm home). I do not have pets. Quiet environment. A great living with tv and a spacious kitchen are at my guests' disposal.

About the Area
The house is located in the center in Palermo "good" but moved in a more popular though it is 7 minutes from Piazza Castelnuovo and many from street Freedom (the shopping street of luxury!) Where also pass the main bus for rest of the city and to Mondello beach. I dispose of a large single room just off which there is a bathroom for the exclusive use of the guest. It offers the same and shared with me there are a large living room with two balconies (sea view), a spacious kitchen and a terrace Conn table and two chairs that overlooks a large courtyard. I do not have pets.

December 2018
In December, I stayed at Valentina’s for six nights. It felt like visiting an old friend from the minute she picked me up at the airport shuttle. Vali is a real Palermitana who loves her city and knows it inside out. Even though she speaks (at least) four languages, she was patient enough to let me practice my Italian (which I like to think has improved quite a bit during the time we spent together).
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
