Our house is situated in the residential Quiesa in the town of Camaiore, a small village, close to an olive grove and a vineyard, in a relaxing location, but also strategically located only 20 minutes from Lucca, Pisa, Torre del Lago, Viareggio. In 20 minutes you reach Marina di vecchiano with free beaches and 5 minutes to Lake Massaciuccoli part where the Natural Park of Migliarino-San Rossore-Massaciuccoli.

About the Area
We are in the residential Quiesa, with a quiet location, only 300 meters from the sp sarzanese where you will find the bus stop to Lucca and Viareggio is 300 meters on the newcomer. While to make other moves should get them by car or a scooter, even in bici.Siamo a 5-minute drive from Massaciuccoli and the lake 20 minutes from Torre del Lago Puccini and marine vecchiano. Pisa airport is located 40 minutes from home.

House Rules
Simple rules and mutual respect as no smoking in the house, reducing the noise at midnight, you can not use the kitchen, you can use the microwave oven or BBQ in the garden. This is my home as if it were your own.

Soggiorno ideale per relax, educazione, pulizia, disponibilità, da non sottovalutare la posizione, centrale e a 15 minuti da tutte le zone più importanti, è stato come essere in famiglia, gestito con un alto grado di professionalità ed organizzazione. Consigliabilissimo!

Die Zeit bei Antoinette war wirklich super schön! Sie kümmert sich total liebevoll um ihre Gäste und die Zimmer und das Haus insgesamt sind total schön. Von dort aus kann man auch viel mit dem Auto in der Toskana erreichen und erleben. Immer wieder gern! Danke für die Zeit :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
