We offer 1 Double room with private ensuite bathroom. (shower/hair-dryer).

Bon accueil de nos hôtes. Espace privatif correct. Ne nous attendez pas le jour de notre arrivée mais le lendemain. .. Nous ne savons pas s'il y a habituellement beaucoup de moustiques à Florence mais là, nous avons eu droit à une bataille en règle avec eu sur les deux nuits.

oui en effet j'a cru que juin finissait le dimanche. bon j'ai offert le petit dej en compensation -(non inclus d'habitude dont les ingrédients sont reportés dans mon petit book- ce dont Luc n'a pas trop tenu compte en demandant des ingrédients hors petit dej, ce que j'ai trouvé très désagréable vu que j'offrais ce petit dej pour l'erreur précédemment décrite). Pour les moustiques FLorence est une ville très humide en été (entre 85-95% taux humidité). Donc il est prévu une prise anti-moustique avec pastilles dans la chambre qui fonctionne a 100%. Peut etre vous ne l'avez pas vue. Vous pouviez nous parler de ce problème a moi ou mon mari... dommage pour cet inconvénient. pour le reste tout ok.May 2018
I had a wonderful stay with Sylvie and Andrea. What a friendly couple! They are so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I enjoyed staying with them a great deal. Their apartment is located off Piazza Leopoldo in an authentic Italian neighbourhood. There is a wonderful local cafe called the Caldana run by Allessandro just around the corner. There, you can enjoy the evening 'aperitivo' tradition with a drink and a tasty food buffet for only 7 Euros! Sylvie's place is located just a few minutes north of the main train station, Santa Maria Novella. Several buses service her neighbourhood. Soon, the tram line will be finished and it will stop right at Piazza Leopoldo! It is a great location. You will find it very easy to get to the historic center of Florence where you can see all the wonderful museums, churches, and galleries. You will have a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom all to yourself - lots of privacy. You even get your own balcony! I spent 25 nights at Sylvie and Andrea's place. They had a special dinner for me on my last night as a going-away gift. I know we will be friends for life. I strongly recommend that you stay with Sylvie for your trip to Florence! Sylvie speaks English, French, and Italian, so you have lots of options for communication, even if your Italian is not very good!

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour avec Sylvie et Andrea. Quel couple amical! Ils sont si amicaux, serviables et faciles à discuter. J'ai apprécié de rester avec eux une bonne affaire. Leur appartement est situé au large de la Piazza Leopoldo dans un authentique quartier italien. Il y a un merveilleux café local appelé Caldana géré par Allessandro juste au coin de la rue. Là, vous pourrez profiter de la tradition 'apéritif' du soir avec une boisson et un buffet de plats savoureux pour seulement 7 euros! La place de Sylvie est située à quelques minutes au nord de la gare principale, Santa Maria Novella. Plusieurs bus desservent son quartier. Bientôt, la ligne de tram sera terminée et s'arrêtera juste à Piazza Leopoldo! C'est un super endroit. Vous trouverez très facile d'arriver au centre historique de Florence, où vous pouvez voir tous les merveilleux musées, églises et galeries. Vous aurez une chambre avec un lit double et une salle de bain privée pour vous, beaucoup d'intimité. Vous avez même votre propre balcon! J'ai passé 25 nuits chez Sylvie et Andrea. Ils ont eu un dîner spécial pour moi lors de ma dernière nuit en cadeau de départ. Je sais que nous serons amis pour la vie. Je vous recommande fortement de rester avec Sylvie pour votre voyage à Florence! Sylvie parle anglais, français et italien, donc vous avez beaucoup d'options pour la communication, même si votre italien n'est pas très bon!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso con Sylvie e Andrea. Che coppia amichevole! Sono così cordiali, disponibili e facili da parlare. Mi è piaciuto stare con loro un ottimo affare. Il loro appartamento si trova in Piazza Leopoldo, in un autentico quartiere italiano. C'è un meraviglioso caffè locale chiamato il Caldana gestito da Allessandro proprio dietro l'angolo. Lì, puoi goderti la serata "aperitivo" con un drink e un gustoso buffet di cibo a soli 7 euro! Il posto di Sylvie si trova a pochi minuti a nord della stazione ferroviaria principale, Santa Maria Novella. Diversi autobus servono il suo quartiere. Presto, la linea del tram sarà finita e si fermerà proprio in Piazza Leopoldo! È un'ottima posizione. Troverai molto facile raggiungere il centro storico di Firenze, dove potrai vedere tutti i meravigliosi musei, chiese e gallerie. Avrai una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato tutto per te - molta privacy. Hai persino il tuo balcone! Ho trascorso 25 notti al posto di Sylvie e Andrea. Avevano una cena speciale per me la scorsa notte come regalo di addio. So che saremo amici per la vita. Consiglio vivamente di rimanere con Sylvie per il tuo viaggio a Firenze! Sylvie parla inglese, francese e italiano, quindi hai molte opzioni per la comunicazione, anche se il tuo italiano non è molto buono!September 2017
Beautiful home with loving & kind hosts. I had a most fruitful stay. Wish to come again. In any case Florence could never be saturated. Sylvie made my stay comfortable & homely with full freedom to use her space & to come & go as I pleased. She was most helpful. Here's to you Sylvie, cheers!

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
