POSITION
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bracciano (RM) railway station and therefore a stone's throw from the town square, the Orsini – Odescalchi castle, the cathedral of Sanro Stefano, the village and the historic centre.
The location is strategic due to its centrality with respect to all the tourist attractions of the town, as well as those of the surroundings. It is possible to reach, about one kilometer away, the lakefront of Bracciano for a relaxing walk or a romantic boat trip, which from the Bracciano pier (Inglesi pier) stops at the Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano Romano piers, the other two Municipalities overlooking the lake
It also lends itself optimally to meeting the needs of those who need to reach destinations such as Viterbo or Rome, in particular the S. Filippo Neri and Policlinico Gemelli, the basilica of San Pietro in Vaticano and the areas of Trastevere and Ostiense, thanks to the FL3 railway line which connects Viterbo with Roma Ostiense with a frequency of 30 minutes.

It is within walking distance of the "Orsini-Odescalchi" castle and always on foot you can reach the lakeside promenade where you can go with boatmen and visit other small villages and attractions such as Trevignano and Anguillara.
For the more sporty, it is possible to fit canoes, pedalos, sailing and wind-surfing.
For those who want to relax and regenerate themselves from the stress of everyday life, the "Stigliano" spa is only 16 km away.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
