Sono Rehana e non vedo l'ora di ospitarti per il tuo soggiorno a Oxford. Ho 2 stanze. La camera 1 è una camera frontale al piano terra e dispone di un letto singolo, tende e tende di lusso, scrivania e lampada, ampio armadio, comodino, asciugacapelli e specchio. C'è un bagno con doccia al piano terra attraverso il soggiorno.
La camera 2 è al primo piano. Questa camera comprende lussuose tende per la vista, un piccolo letto matrimoniale, un comodino, una lampada e armadi di nuova costruzione. C'è un bagno aggiuntivo al piano terra e il bagno di famiglia. La mia casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e molto pulita e tranquilla.
La mia casa è in un'ottima posizione vicino a Headington e vicino ai trasporti pubblici, gli autobus numero 15 e 10 passano ogni 10 minuti. Il viaggio per il centro città è di circa 20-25 minuti.
Permessi di parcheggio disponibili per il parcheggio su strada nei giorni feriali dalle 9:00 alle 17:00.

Si prega di mantenere la nostra casa sicura e chiudere a chiave la porta d'ingresso quando si entra e si esce di casa. Imposta la sveglia se sei l'ultimo a uscire.
Non sono ammessi animali. Nessun bambino piccolo.
Le scarpe non vanno indossate in casa ma tolte sotto il portico e riposte nell'apposita scarpiera.
Il cibo e le bevande calde, ad es. tè/caffè, devono essere consumati in cucina e non portati in camera da letto. Tenere un bicchiere d'acqua o una bottiglia d'acqua va bene.
La famiglia musulmana è pregata di non consumare alcolici nella proprietà e di non cuocere prodotti a base di carne di maiale.
È consentita una doccia al giorno, si prega di fare entro le 21:30. Si prega di lasciare il bagno pulito e in ordine dopo l'uso e di aprire le finestre per la ventilazione.
Non è consentito fumare all'interno della casa.
Per favore, non regolare tu stesso le impostazioni di calore, chiedimi e lo farò felicemente per te.
Mantenere il rumore al minimo dopo le 22:00, per favore.
Nessuna festa o invitare amici / altre persone a rimanere.

Rehana and daughter Sonia very well rounded. Enjoyed the stay, very few rules. It was nice to learn about their culture and would not hesitate to stay again.

The Best Homestay in Oxford! I had a very good stay at Rehana's home. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The house is very well located, a few minutes from the city center and very close to bus stops. Rehana is a great host, very human and very clean. I felt like home.

Staying at Rehana’s was interesting but mostly uncomfortable. I’ve given 2 stars because the first day was welcoming and the house is very clean but rest of my stay was unbearable.
When you book and pay for a room, it automatically becomes your private space but not to Rehana. She entered the room every chance she got, opening the windows, touching and moving my stuff etc. I suffer from stress-induced migraine so the less light I’m exposed to the better for my health and every day I got home from work, the windows were open with so much light in triggering a headache after a long days work.
My stay felt like i was living on a military base. There are so many rules outlined. I felt overwhelmed and like I was walking on egg shells every time I entered the house. I took pictures of all the post-it’s plastered around the house but can’t post pictures in the review box unfortunately.
Lastly, I very minimally caused a burn to the rug at the entrance of the room from ironing (again I have pictures but can’t post) and was asked to pay £300 for this. Rehana said she had to changed the entire rug because of the damage which was barely there. I admit I made a mistake and owned up to it but £300 was not justifiable. I showed the pictures to my coworkers and they all said the most I should have paid was £150 or way less considering Rehana is never going to change the entire rug. I did pay without any complaints because I wanted my stay to be free from even more stress.This was a long review but I wanted to outline my experiences and make people aware of what they might get into when staying here.

I wasnt too happy with Bernadine. I had asked permission before I entered her room to have it cleaned and the bedding changed by my cleaner, and always ask my guests if they could move their stuff from the surfaces. On this occasion there were several packed bags in the middle of the room so I asked her to put them in the cupboards provided so its easier for cleaner to get around and avoid any accidents/damages, however Bernadine left her laptop out which I put away so the cleaner could clean the table. On no other occasion did I move or touch her stuff. I did ask if the curtains could be opened in the morning so we don't use light unnecessarily given that energy costs are so high but was not aware that she suffered from migraines and it just looked like my request was being ignored and disrespected. The windows were also left open/unlocked whilst she was at work, and the room is at the rear of the house on a flat roof so an opportunist could attempt getting in, this also triggered the alarm off when I tried to set it so I had to enter the room to close it or I couldn't set the alarm. There was only 1 post it note left in the room about opening the curtains in the morning and no other. The carpet has an iron burn as soon as you enter the room and it was 'new carpet' not a rug and the guest was apologetic and agreed to pay whatever the cost. I had even asked her to look online to come up with a figure but she wasn't too fussed and happy to pay. The house rules are very clear on my profile and I expect people to respect them. As you can see the rest of my guests have had a good experience and left 5-star reviews, one of them is very recent too.
