We have been hosting for many years with lots of different nationalities. We really enjoy having guests to stay and meeting new people.
I have a husband, Eamon and a 16 year old daughter, Grace. Our home is very quiet and Grace is studying from September to June as she is taking Alevels for the next two years. Eamon is very informative and likes to help our guests as much as possible. He also likes to cook. I am at work most days and always look forward to coming home.

The house is located close to the city centre being a short bus journey away. Buses come every 5 - 10 mins. The area is a vibrant mix of shops, cafes and restaurants although the road is nice and quiet.
We are also located near to Cowley road which holds a huge variation of restaurants and shops. Normally there is also a carnival in July ,,however due to Covid, we are unsure if it will take place this year.

I stayed for 4 months in this spacious room with a private bathroom. I had a wonderful dinner and thanks again for that. With the father of the family we always talked a lot, he has a very broad culture and he is very interesting. I recommend this family to you.

It was my first trip to UK and it was a bit scarying to be in a foreign country but I was lucky to stay with Jennifer and her family who were very kind and helpful. Besides I have problems with speaking and listening in English but the family was patient and always explained when I didn't understand anything. I recommend Eamon (Jennifer's husband) as an excelent teacher who did his best to improve my vocabulary. Nice family, nice house, nice dinners (dinners were really delicious) and nice Christmas celebrating:) They did everything so that I felt myself freely and comfortable. You won't regret if you decide to stay here.

Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza studio, ospitati da questa bella famiglia! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ve la consiglio davvero.. sono molto disponibili e lasciano la libertà di fare ciò che volete. Il marito di Jennifer è un ottimo cuoco e ci ha cucinato tantissime cose gustose . Grazie, spero di rivedervi presto

I stayed with these hosts for four weeks. What can I say? It's one of the greatest hostfamilies ever! Extremely friendly and sociable. We had wonderful and delicious dinners every night when the hosts were in. Long and versitile conversations can never be forgotten as there was so much kindness and warmth in them. They are simply very kind, easy-going and generous people with a good sense of humour. Jennifer, Eamon and Grace, thank you very much for your hospitality! I wish you all the best!

Everything was exellent! Jennifer and her husband are so hospitable and kind.
I had an amazing dinner together with their family and the other guys who came to study English to Oxford.
I think it's the best place to stay if you came to study as the hosts are always friendly and helpful.
The house was nice, the room was cozy and spacios with a separate bathroom.
I wish I would stay there longer)) I definitely recommend!)Novembre 2018

Really nice homestay experience. We spent only 2 nights at Jennifer, but we had really nice time. Room was big and light with own bathroom. The house is really close to the bus stop, from where you can go directly to the centre of Oxford. Jennifer's husband is really cool and wise man. He helped us really when we were leaving, so that we didn't have to go by bus. Thank you very much.
