I had many pleasant conversations with him.
The room was clean and I was able to use the bathroom kitchen and everything else I needed to live without any problems.

It was such an amazing experience to stay with Alonzo. Although I only booked for 17 nights he let me extend for 4 more nights. He is an understanding person and the house was clean and tidy. Thank you Alonzo I hope to see you again.

Nice and comfortable house short walking distance from the centre. Alonzo is a great guy and a helpful host. I can give my full recommendation after a 5 month stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Many of my team members wanted to stay there as well but the other room was already booked. The host cooked meals and shared...if you are lucky enough, try his food. It was amazingly delicious. The host is always willing to help if you ask him. The place is homely, tidy, and very clean. Best homestay ever. I would stay there again.

As much as I like it I cannot give more than two stars. The host was amazing, but there a few issues with cleaning the toilets it was very dirty Very disappointing. The room was a bit dusty. The mattress didn’t have a mattress cover and had stains marks so I wasn’t really happy about that . Great location sorry but I have to be honest.

Sorry your experience wasn’t a pleasant one.
Unfortunately the guest bathroom is shared, at times there may not be any other guest, but this time there was. I cannot follow the guest each time they use the toilet so I expect guests to leave it as they find it when I clean it. I did ask if there was anything I could do to make your stay comfortable and provided you with my contact details to do so. You could have said in the time.
The room is dusty. The room is cleaned and sanitised before guests arrive. Once they are in, I don’t invade their privacy and offer room service. Most guest stay one night. The property was undergoing refurbishment, some dust may settle after as expected. Other guests have since used the room and never mentioned this issue. Noted.
Mattress had stain marks. The mattress is covered with a Fitted sheet or flat sheet. Then a duvet with a duvet cover. These are all washed and freshly placed on the bed before guests check in. It is not expected that guests will strip the bed in the last minutes of their checkout, to removed the fitted sheets and see and possible sweat marks they may or may not have caused on the mattress(which is covered by a fitted sheet).

Please note as a very small host offering my home to help keep the cost down for travellers, I charge a small fee per night, which barely just covers energy costs and cleaning. Unlike a hotel which will charge £100per night, where they can outsource or hire cleaners and do daily room service.Novembre 2022

Quando pago?
Una volta che l’host conferma di essere disponibile, puoi procedere con la prenotazione e pagare il 15% a titolo di commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250 $£€ per soggiorni estesi) e un 25% di deposito utilizzando diverse opzioni di pagamento: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. Il deposito e’ incassato in anticipo per conto dell’host per consentirgli di tutelarsi contro eventuali cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo o nel caso di mancato arrivo. Pagherai quindi il restante saldo direttamente all’host all’arrivo. Il deposito del 25 % viene trasferito all’host due giorni lavorativi dopo la data prevista di arrivo. Questo pagamento a titolo di deposito ti verrà restituito solamente nel caso in cui cancelli la prenotazione con un preavviso di almeno 7 giorni rispetto alla data di arrivo.
