Io vivo in una casa vittoriana in un villaggio urbano esclusivo, Moseley. Anche se a pochi minuti dal centro della città, Edgbaston Cricket Ground e vicino al Moseley parco privato è tranquillo, selezionare e dispone di parcheggio. Villaggio Moseley servito posto per ristoranti, caffetterie e locali integrali in tutta Birmingham. Abbiamo 4 gatti e amano gli animali e l'agricoltura. La casa dispone di 6 camere da letto 4 con i propri impianti di lavaggio e due bagni supplementari e servizi igienici separati, ma accetto solo gli ospiti in un massimo di due delle camere da letto, mentre i miei figli sono all'università o in vacanza con i loro amici. Ho un mezzo giardino ben fornito che gli ospiti sono invitati ad utilizzare.

La nostra casa si trova in un villaggio urbano tranquillo e sicuro di Moseley a soli 3 km dal centro della città e ben servita da autobus di 10 minuti e una pista ciclabile. Si trova a 15 minuti da Birmingham University, ea 5 minuti dal Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Moseley è stato il luogo di nascita di Tolkien e ha una fiorente comunità con folk e jazz festival in estate. Il villaggio dispone di 5 caffetterie alla moda, 15 ristoranti che coprono tutti i gusti da Michelin a tapas a Birmingham Balti, e una selezione di bar da irlandese Cocktail .... Ci sono luoghi maturi e luogo per gli studenti ...

Ho un opuscolo che illustra la gestione della mia casa e delle regole della casa. Ti invierò una copia via e-mail prima del tuo arrivo. Ha le cose normali lì che ti aspetteresti per la tua casa !!! In più lo rompi lo aggiusti.
Niente coppie per più di una settimana e niente bambini sotto i 16 anni.

Fast response to our request and excellent communication throughout. We had a lovely stay. Great house (once we found it. Really must get a Satnov!) Thanks for use of the fridge. Hope you didn't mind me feeding 3 of the cats. They greeted us when we came down and followed us round doing a really good 'we are starving' impression so I put down a couple of pouches which they hoovered up. I believe it was Moseley festival so lots going on. Very good local bus services got us to our friend's birthday party. All in all, great, and we will be in touch if we are looking for a place to stay in that area again.

The house is a perfect match for people choosing for character over convenience and are happy to improvise along the charm of the house, e.g. the original wooden door of my room couldn’t be closed and the window couldn't stay open on its own. Most of the time, I stayed with a second fellow renter in the huge house or even on my own. The owner or the owner’s children pass by during weekends or vacations. The house comes with a beautiful garden and four cats. The cats are not allowed in the house anymore but may occupy the garden room and have their own cat door to leave and enter the house. The renters are expected to feed the cats during times when no family members are around.

Arrived in the daytime and the owner's soon let us in as owner was out. House was a complete mess and only one room was ready even though we'd booked 2. Cat hairs everywhere. No locks on the bedroom doors or bathroom door. Massive fight by the owners around midnight one evening. No mention of breakfast. Beautiful houses on the road and very quiet street but there's no way this house should be on homestay or any other accommodations website.

I would like to respond that I informed the guest two weeks in advance that we would have 13 guests at my home as it was the Moseley festival. She confirmed she was attending the festival and did not wish to cancel. I also explained I was on holiday the week before but my son and daughter were there to let them in if they arrived early ie at lunch time when they were booked in for the night. It is true there was an argument when we had too much alcohol on the saturday but it was resolved in the morningand they continued to stay sunday night without any comment. We have no intention of having locks on doors in our home as it is a family house and not a hotel. I think that these guests and us are a total mismatch and not up to the normal responses of our homestayers many of whom are back several times so we are not free.

A very convenient place to stay for matches at Edgabston cricket ground . The parents in the family were absent throughout my stay but the daughter was able to fill in without any trouble. The room was a bit unconvential as it apparently was normally used by one of the family and no attempt had been made to clear his belongings prior to my stay. The neighbourhood was quiet however and within easy reach of local shops, restaurants etc

My stay with Sally and Chris was enjoyable as I was made to feel welcomed from the very moment the door opened to the time I left.
The house was very homely and located in one of the nicer parts of Birmingham, a short trip to the shops, I was able to get everything I needed; and I needed everything
The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet; it even had its own private park only accessible by key fob.I would definitely return if I have the chance.

Thank you Sally for the great hospitality! I stayed in the house for one week and it exceeded my expectations. Sally went far beyond her duties to make me feel welcomed and at home. It was a pleasure to hear all the amazing life stories she has to tell. And at the end she even offered me a lift on her car, which was a huge help considering the amount of luggage I had. I couldn't be happier with my stay there. Cheers
