Our house is located near the Basilica of St. Paul, Ostiense district, really close to the centre of the Rome and the most important historical and artistic places of the city.
We have a modern and cozy apartment, completely renewed about few years ago; air conditioned bedrooms, TV, bathroom with shower/ bath, a large and stilish living room tastefully decorated with a dining table, sofa, desk with computer and wi-fi.
Bedrooms are 2, with parquet, cabinets, desks, chairs, beds, TV, chandeliers and table lamp. The balcony, during the summer is completed with table and chairs to sit outside for relaxing and reading.
A few steps from the house you will find shops, supermarkets, gym, market local and covered parking but you can park outside in the house, quite easily, not being the street so busy.
At 300 mt. you will find the subway, Line B, which in only 2 stops to Circo Massimo, 3 stops to Colosseo and city centre, 6 stops will take you to Termini station. The apartment is 50 mt. from Polyclinic Hospital Child Jesus and near the University Rome 3.
I am a kindergarten educator , very interested in pedagogy and psychology, art exibitions, I like also cooking , I love cinema and Spanish literature. I speak English and Spanish, I love to travel a lot getting in touch with people of different cultures.

Our house is located near the Basilica of St. Paul, the Infant Jesus Hospital and the University of Roma Tre. The area is served by bus and metro line B, which allows you to reach Colosseum in 3 stops or Termini Station in 6 stops. The bus stop is only at five minute walk from the house and many buses run in the area. There are nearby, restaurants, gym, park, shops, pizzerias, bars, snack bar, post office, indoor market, shops and phone shops.

Noemi is a super kind host who was always helpful and happy to give us recommendations. The apartment is very clean and cosy, located near several bus stops and the metro, just a few stations away from the city centre with all the attractions like Colosseum, Forum Romanum and many more. Already the Basilica di San Paolo just around the corner is a stunning sight! The beds are very comfortable and we spent a wonderful week at Noemi's place exploring sunny Rome!

Noémi est super sympa, l'accueil est parfait.
La literie est top et la salle de bain privative... Rien à redire.
L'appartement est à environ 5/600 mètre de la sortie de métro.

Un séjour fantastique de 3 semaines !!!
Une adresse que l'on préfère garder pour soi !!!
Un environnement au calme avec le métro à quelques pas.
Un accueil très chaleureux. Noemi est très sympathique, très réactive avec de supers conseils polyglotes.
Au petit-déjeuner, j'ai adoré les gâteaux faits maison au chocolat ou à la marmelade. Ma chambre climatisée était super jolie. J'ai eu de la place dans le frigo pour me faire à dîner le soir. Noemi m'a fait goûter sa recette de pâtes à la Carbonara : top !!!
Le wifi était de très bonne qualité et l'appartement très propre.

Noémi est une hôte charmante et sympathique. Elle nous a mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée par son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome grâce à son hospitalité et à ses informations pour visiter la ville. Nous avons passé de bonnes soirées en sa compagnie et nous avons même dîné ensemble ! C'était vraiment super ! Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre passage chez elle. Nous conseillons son hébergement qui est bien situé par rapport au centre touristique. Si nous revenons à Rome nous reviendrons chez Noémi !

Noemi is a gem and her place was wonderful. She went above and beyond on every dimension, and was friendly and personable. A dream host. Her apartment (a few Metro stops from the City Centre sites) had everything we needed. We'd stay again. Highly recommended.

Noemi ist eine sehr herzliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt und jede Frage zu beantworten sucht. Und mehr als das!! Sie hat an jedem Morgen das Frühstück durch Selbstgebackenes bereichert! Joghurt, Obst, hervorragender Espresso, Toast, Croissants, Käse, Obstsaft. Da konnten wir uns das Mittagessen sparen (Was in Rom natürlich auch ein bisschen schade ist :) ). Besonders charmant fanden wir, dass Noemi sich jeden Morgen dezent Zeit nahm, um mehr oder weniger lange multikulturelle Konversation mit ihren Gästen zu betreiben. So konnten wir viel über China und Italien lernen und sind öfters später zum Sightseeing gestartet als geplant.
Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Die vorbeiführende Straße ist stark befahren bei Tag, aber nachts bis etwa sechs Uhr morgens still. Schließt man dann die Fenster wird es erstaunlich ruhig. Meine Tochter und ich haben hervorragend geschlafen. Für uns war es eine einschläfernde Großstadtmelodie. Für Menschen, die es aber ganz still suchen, ist die Lage eher nicht geeignet.
Es war eine tolle Zeit und Noemi hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen.Grazie Noemi von Andrea und Maya
