È un grande appartamento familiare, parliamo francese e inglese,
Si affitta una camera singola con bagno e parco in comune,
Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone di cui 2 bambini, uno di 2 e 12 anni,
C'è un grande soggiorno-cucina e balcone.
Stiamo affittando una cameretta con un letto singolo, molto comoda e pulita.
C'è anche il bagno in comune e l'uso della cucina, purtroppo non c'è il servizio di lavanderia a casa mia,

C'è un parco accanto all'appartamento e alla fermata dell'autobus, e il centro commerciale Dundrum è a pochi chilometri di distanza.

I stayed one month with Lovena and her family and they are really kind and helpful people. They are very easy going and it didn't take me long at all too feel very comfortable at their place.
Their arpartment is very clean and the room they are renting is small but cosy. I enjoyed living there, even though it takes around 40 minutes to get to the city centre. Therefore the area is very relaxed and pretty (I would definately recommend a visit to St. Endas Park) and the busstop and a supermarket is really close by.

I stayed with Lovena & her family for about 3 months. I felt very welcomed & they helped me with every question I had, but also gave me a lot free space. Their home was always very clean and tidy. A lovely family & a great place to stay.

I had a perfect stay. Lovena and her family are very nice people and excellent hosts. The room, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the whole apartment is spacious, extra clean, perfect for staying for a shorter or longer time. The area is quiet, and there are bus stops nearby, to go to the city centre.
Lovena has always been reachable and welcoming, I had the chance to have some chat with her family too. I could use the kitchen, the iron, and was even offered a light breakfast for free. I can absolutely recommend them.

My stay at Lovena's place was amazing. It felt like home !! The room was perfect for one person, plus a desk if you have to work. You have access to the kitchen so you can cook and store food at will. The appartement is super clean and the neighbourhood quiet and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Everything perfect, never had a problem. Lovena has been always reachable for any type of problem or request. The house is very clean, the dimension of the bedroom is perfect for every student. We also had the possibility to create a good relationship, all the family has always been available for talking in English. I've been for a little a part in a hospitable family.

Lovena and her family were very nice. They gave me so much privacy but they were always willing to help me in anything I needed. I really enjoyed staying with them, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I absolutely recommend them.

I had a wonderful week in Dublin thanks to Lovena. The bedroom was clean, the same goes with the bathroom. Her family is welcoming and nice. The neighborhood is calm and near a bus stop going to the center of Dublin.

I had a very good stay at Lovena's. The room is spacious and completely new and very clean (like the whole apartment). The apartment is next to a bus station, to go directly to Dublin center. A SuperValue supermarket is 10 minutes walk away.
She and her family are great hosts, very friendly and always eager to help.
She offered a small breakfast / Cornflakes for free, I could also use the kitchen and iron.I can only recommend it.
J'ai passé un très bon séjour chez Lovena. La chambre est spacieuse et entièrement neuve et très propre (comme tout l'appartement). Un arrêt de bus se trouve juste à coté pour aller directement au centre de Dublin. Un supermarché SuperValue est à 10 minutes à pied.
Elle et sa famille sont des hôtes formidables, très sympathiques et toujours prêts à aider.
Elle a offert un petit déjeuner / Cornflakes gratuitement, je pouvais aussi utiliser la cuisine et le fer à repasser.Je ne peux que le recommander.
Come posso prenotare?
Contatta l'host per verificare la loro disponibilità e chiedi loro eventuali informazioni necessarie a finalizzare il tuo soggiorno. Una volta che l'host conferma che e' disponibile per le date richieste, è possibile completare la prenotazione.
Quando pago?
Una volta che l’host conferma di essere disponibile, puoi procedere con la prenotazione e pagare il 15% a titolo di commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250 $£€ per soggiorni estesi) e un 25% di deposito utilizzando diverse opzioni di pagamento: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. Il deposito e’ incassato in anticipo per conto dell’host per consentirgli di tutelarsi contro eventuali cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo o nel caso di mancato arrivo. Pagherai quindi il restante saldo direttamente all’host all’arrivo. Il deposito del 25 % viene trasferito all’host due giorni lavorativi dopo la data prevista di arrivo. Questo pagamento a titolo di deposito ti verrà restituito solamente nel caso in cui cancelli la prenotazione con un preavviso di almeno 7 giorni rispetto alla data di arrivo.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
