Offriamo una piacevole, moderno appartamento arredato con gusto. Triple ha due camere da letto, entrambe composta da un letto matrimoniale e un personale. Sono dotate di aria condizionata, telefono, frigo. Ogni camera è dotata di bagno privato con doccia, acqua calda / fredda. Il soggiorno ha un balcone dal quale si può vedere la via e la splendida vista dell'ingresso di Havana.
Il mio appartamento vi innamorerete per i suoi panorami, comfort e un facile accesso a tutti i luoghi di Avana anche pochi minuti si può prendere una scorciatoia per il Playas del Este Bus.
Il padrone di casa "cinese" è una cuoca eccellente e le colazioni ei pasti possono chiedere in qualsiasi momento, anche prima del suo arrivo. Anche fluente in inglese ed è molto gentile e disponibile persona con una vasta esperienza nel mondo dell'ospitalità.
Questo appartamento ha il grande vantaggio di essere situato nella zona centrale di L'Avana Vecchia, a pochi passi dal Paseo del Prado, l'ingresso alla baia de L'Avana e il Campidoglio emblematico di Avana e altre attrazioni turistiche. pochi minuti di una piacevole passeggiata si possono trovare luoghi di rilevanza turistica come La Plaza Vieja, Plaza de Armas, Plaza de la Catedral, El Malecon, Paseo del Prado, El Temple, Casa Natale di Jose Marti, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Museo della Rivoluzione, Partagas cigar factory, il ristorante la Bodeguita del Medio e Floridita di fama mondiale.

Vi offriamo un appartamento bello e moderno arredate con gusto. Dispone di due camere triple, composto sia da letto matrimoniale e il personale. Sono dotate di aria condizionata, telefono, frigo. Ogni camera è dotata di bagno privato con acqua calda / fredda. Il soggiorno ha un balcone dal quale si può vedere la via e la splendida vista l'ingresso alla Habanera Bay.
Il padrone di casa "cinese" è un cuoco eccellente e si può richiedere Con lui prima colazione e pasti in qualsiasi momento, anche prima del vostro arrivo. Mi parla correntemente Ingles ed è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile con una vasta esperienza nel settore alberghiero.

Останавливались у Лазаро два раза, в начале и в конце нашего путешествия по Кубе.
Дом отлично расположен. Пешком можно дойти до Малекона, Прадо, Гавана Вьеха и всех ее достопримечательностей. Условия для проживания комфортные, чисто, есть собственный душ и горячая вода, холодильник.
Лазаро и его жена Джуди очень милые и дружелюбные люди, вы никогда не пожалеете, если выберете для проживания в Гаване их дом.
Лазаро, спасибо за помощь с транспортом в аэропорт и за кофе в 5 утра)We have stayed with Lazaro twice - at the beginning and in the end of our trip to Cuba.
The location of the casa is perfect. Walkable distance to Malecon, Prado, Havana Vieja and all the main tourist spots.
The place is tidy and clean, you have your own shower, hot water, fridge.
Lazaro and his wife Yudy are very friendly and kindhearted people. You won’t regret choosing their house as your place to stay in Havana!

Lazaro is very friendly and kindfull. He arranged taxi, tasty breakfast(even though early morning in case I need),and give me some usefull advise for Habana City.They keep clean the casa always so can relax and comfortable. His wife, family, friends were also very friendly, so I could spend great time with them. Location is good as his casa is near of the sea so his balcony is comfortable. Also not noisy as his casa is not to surface main road or busy street but I can walk to Old Habana .

It was a very pleasant time with Lázaro. He is a very nice and helpfull person. Made some very nice fresh drinks for us when arriving. Nice room and good beds and a very good and nice breakfast.
We also may let our luggage in his house till the evening.

We had a great stay at Lazaro.
Lazaro is very welcoming and we felt at home. He was very helpful. Helped us with transportation and finding other casas.
We had a nice room with a private bathroom. In the apartment there was a lovely balcony.
We got a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, mango juice, omelet and more.

Lazaro is a great host! He and his wife Judy were very helpful and gracious. My husband and adult children and I enjoyed our stay with them in their beautiful home in Habana Vieja. Lazaro arranged transportation for us, and he and Judy even helped our 17 year old daughter meet up with some friends in Vedado. We were recovering from illness, so they cooked traditional Cuban foods to settle our stomachs! We enjoyed our stay very much.

My friend and I stayed for a week at Lazaro's casa. The room and bathroom
were spotless, the beds were good and the balcony provided a great spot for watching the activity on the street with a glass of wine. Lazaro was helpful with restaurant suggestions, arranging tours and directions. He is an amazing cook. His breakfasts were the best we had in Cuba and his ropas vieja was the great. Cuba's real treasure is it's people and Lazaro is one of it's best.Host reply

6 of us stayed with Lázaro over 4 days - we all arrived on different days and times and Lázaro organised taxis to pick us up from the airport, and to drive us to our next location after Havana (Vinales). Lázaro had some great eating and entertainment recommendations, and cooked a delicious breakfast.

Great location. Close to the old city but picks up the ocean breezes. Lazaro made us feel right at home - from the espresso to the great breakfast. Their balcony provided hours of people watching.

We had a pleasant stay with Lazaro. Our room was modern and clean. The b eds were good. Nice shower with enough of water. Lazaro had a good breakfast for 5 CUC each. Lazaros apartment had a really nice balcony where we had our breakfast and we where also sitting there in the evenings. Lazaro is open and helpful
