Ciao e benvenuto nella mia inserzione. Per favore condividi alcune informazioni su di te nel tuo profilo o in una presentazione. Ho condiviso qui il mio riepilogo personale per te in modo che entrambi possiamo conoscerci meglio quando completiamo una prenotazione. Grazie.
Davvero ottima la vicinanza ai vari locali senza bisogno dell'auto. Autobus e treni pendolari nelle vicinanze e andare a piedi è un'opzione super praticabile. Qui troverai l'ultimo piano con una grande camera da letto e un bagno completo. Usare la cucina per prepararsi la colazione o prendere un caffè non è un problema. La cucina è piccola, quindi anche se l'uso occasionale durante il giorno non è affatto un problema, la cena non è plausibile, ma ti farò sapere se sarò fuori e poi andrò avanti!
La camera dispone di un'antica scrivania per il lavoro con il laptop e di una piccola postazione di lavoro proprio nel corridoio. Ho anche soprammobili per ufficio e cancelleria, se ti servono. Ho una lavanderia e non mi dispiace affatto che tu faccia il bucato il giorno prima di partire. Nella tua stanza c'è una TV con Roku, una chitarra e un amplificatore. un certo numero di libri e persino fumetti se ti piacciono le letture brevi!
Un posto generalmente tranquillo di notte, ma è una città, quindi la giornata è frenetica ma totalmente sopportabile. Ho un piccolo soggiorno carino e sentiti libero di unirti a me per un film o potrei unirmi a te se sei qui per rilassarti. Naturalmente, nella tua stanza con Roku c'è una TV.
C'è un mezzo bagno inferiore che tutti possiamo usare. Il bagno superiore ha l'unica vasca/doccia quindi lo userò solo 2 o 3 volte a settimana e solo quando gli ospiti sono assenti, quella è l'unica volta. L'ultimo piano è il tuo dominio privato.
Il normale orario di silenzio per me è dal lunedì al giovedì dalle 23:00 alle 7:00 circa e dal venerdì alla domenica dalle 12:00 alle 8:00. Puoi andare e venire come preferisci in qualsiasi momento al di fuori di questo, ma la sera mi piace la musica, la chitarra e i film.

Ho bisogno che il saldo dovuto sulla tua prenotazione venga pagato una settimana prima del tuo arrivo. Posso prendere Paypal, Interac dalla tua banca o cc. Se utilizzi l'opzione cc, inserisci le informazioni cc (Visa, Amex,MC) in un documento Excel o Word, quindi proteggi il file con password. Una volta fatto questo, è sicuro inviare e-mail. Inviami una seconda email con la password oppure puoi inviare un messaggio a HIDDEN BY HOMESTAY e inviarlo tramite SMS. Se paghi con Paypal o Interac, invia a HIDDEN BY HOMESTAY

È una casa di carattere, gialla e suadente dico. A pochi passi dal centro, i birrifici artigianali abbondano e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria dell'aeroporto. Ho una cassetta di sicurezza all'esterno e ti manderò il codice quando prenoti insieme alla conferma dell'indirizzo e a tutto ciò che devi sapere quando arrivi qui.
La passeggiata sulla diga è vicinissima, il taxi d'acqua si sposta in giro, un'area di grande sensazione!

Vai e vieni come ti pare, ma mezzanotte è il momento delle passeggiate tranquille e delle chiacchiere gentili. Se tutti sono svegli, allora nessun problema, ma se hai bisogno di dormire, sentiti libero di farmelo sapere e anch'io farò cose più tranquille. Molto casual qui quindi per favore rilassati e non sudare le piccole cose con il tuo soggiorno qui!

Wil is an amazing and very generous Host. He was very kind and helpful when my purse was stolen visiting a family member in vancouver. It contained my phone, ID all my cash. And he literally got the ball rolling to help me get home to Ontario . He was able to make contact finally with my husband via his phone and computer.. family sent me a spare phone and ID for the Plane home. It was adventure to say the least. WIL IS A GENTLEMAN AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE AS DESCRIBED...VERY COMFORTABLE AND HANDY TO EVERYTHING!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I LOVE THE BIG PORCH YOU HAVE OUT FRONT..SO HOMEY.. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT MEMORIES. to bad can't do 10 hearts and more.

Well, I am flattered by the kind review. It was a stressful event and many of us have lost wallets and know the feeling. "Do unto others" isn't a tough line to live by. I feel bad that Dyana came all the way here and had her time spoiled by that very bad person who lifted her purse in an instant. Glad you got back home safe, certainly, you left with a story of vancouver that is hard to forget! Thanks again for choosing my place and your nice review of it despite your harrowing visit!

We had a good stay with Wil as we were looking for housing. We came from Spain with jetlag and he was flexible with us. Good thing that we love music, because he has music on all day. The place is in a quiet area but at the same time with a lot of breweries around.

I have just spent a very enjoyable week at Wil's home. His place is cozy, comfortable, welcoming and clean. I was greeted warmly and I felt right at home in the Guitar Loft with fresh BC air coming in through the skylight, and a very comfortable bed with fresh linens. The room is spacious and inviting and the bathroom across the hall with a skylight was just right. If there was anything I needed, it was easy to find, e.g. an extra blanket or towels or Wil would gladly assist when asked. I appreciated the tourist tips Wil gave me. The location was perfect with some highlights within walking distance as well as the SkyTrain and water taxis a short walk away. I couldn't ask for more.

Pat was a pleasure to host and I would recommend her to any other hosts anytime! Always on the go, Pat certainly turned over many stones exploring the Greater Vancouver area. Always pleasant, quiet and sociable, Pats stay here was good for me as well as I was reminded about the many local spots oftenn overlooked with time. Super nice person with lots of interesting background.

We were sleeping in what we think was the host’s bedroom (there were no others) and in his bed.
While the sheets were clean the was a muskiness which was strong and made us very uncomfortable. The house in general and the kitchen in particular were messy; the host frequently left his items in the sink and on the counters. He had swept the kitchen floor before we arrived but left the dirt on the floor for our entire 7-day stay.
The handle in the shower came loose and we could not turn off the gushing water. We called him twice but he did not answer. I finally found a knife and screwdriver to tighten the handle (it was good that I knew what do do!). When he returned home and I told him about this he did not say “Sorry for the trouble” or “Thanks for taking care of it” ! He said only “Do you want me to take a look at it?” DUH !
He then told me the handle had broken twice before ! Um, fix the valve, dummy !
The handle broke the next day so we could no longer use the shower or tub.
Oh yeah: the bathroom rug was DIRTY. One of the 2 towels he provided was ripped.
Other than that, Mrs Lincoln, the play was fine.

The world is a kaleidoscope of opinions, thanks goodness! My previous guest review had them enjoying their stay. It is true, my home has 2 bedrooms so yes, guests will sleep in beds that I own. I did thank you Don? I had mentioned I had replaced a broken handle once, not this one sir, I mentioned it was new and stronger I believed.The shower handle is still their and working fine, it DID NOT break so why say this? For many people in the world, the cup is always half empty. I was glad to host you nonetheless, perhaps $350 a night hotels are your forte as your standards seem quite high even though you did eat a lot of ramen in bed twice a day when the use of a clean kitchen was always an option? Be well, life can only get better if you look on the bright side!

Wil was sooo nice! The bed and the bathroom was totally clean and all prepped. He gave me lots of informations about Vancouver, the transportation in van and he had some good recommendations about the bars and restaurants and the hiking trails arround Vancouver as well! Thank you Wil vor having me and see you next time!

Una volta che l’host conferma di essere disponibile, puoi procedere con la prenotazione e pagare il 15% a titolo di commissione di prenotazione (con un massimo di 250 $£€ per soggiorni estesi) e un 25% di deposito utilizzando diverse opzioni di pagamento: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. Il deposito e’ incassato in anticipo per conto dell’host per consentirgli di tutelarsi contro eventuali cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo o nel caso di mancato arrivo. Pagherai quindi il restante saldo direttamente all’host all’arrivo. Il deposito del 25 % viene trasferito all’host due giorni lavorativi dopo la data prevista di arrivo. Questo pagamento a titolo di deposito ti verrà restituito solamente nel caso in cui cancelli la prenotazione con un preavviso di almeno 7 giorni rispetto alla data di arrivo.

Non appena la prenotazione viene confermata dall'ospite e la commissione di prenotazione viene pagata, Homestay.com invierà una mail di conferma con gli indirizzi email e numeri di telefono per mettersi in contatto direttamente. E' vietato scambiare contatti diretti attraverso il sistema di messaggistica prima del pagamento della prenotazione.
