Casa familiare in un appartamento con 3 camere da letto che si affaccia sulla CN Tower di Toronto.
**Circa 6-7 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus,
**3 minuti (4 fermate di autobus) per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana Eglinton W.
**30 minuti dal centro di Toronto.
Molto vicino a centri commerciali e piccoli ristoranti, comodo per quasi tutto.
**Il supermercato è proprio accanto all'edificio. Vendono pasti caldi da asporto.
**Accesso per utilizzare la mia cucina per cucinare.
**Viene fornito caffè o tè (self-service).

Sono un banchiere in pensione e ho 2 figli di 30 e 31 anni. Mio figlio vive con me per aiutarmi e mia figlia si è trasferita temporaneamente qui nel luglio 2024.
La mia famiglia ha aderito al programma di soggiorno in famiglia nel 2004.
I nostri ospiti/studenti provengono da diversi paesi.
Ho 2 camere da letto disponibili per studenti/ospiti:
***La prima camera ha un letto matrimoniale, ideale per single o coppia.
***La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli (1 o 2 persone). Si accetta 1 ospite, la camera è privata.
**L'host deve conoscere l'età approssimativa degli ospiti.
**Limite di età: non oltre i 55 anni, per tranquillità.
**Bambini: dai 7 anni in su.
**La foto del profilo è richiesta quando si effettuano richieste di prenotazione.
Notare che:
La famiglia di 3 - 4 persone è accettata purché siano disponibili 2 camere, ma i bambini devono avere un'età non inferiore a 7 anni. Verrà applicata la tariffa normale.
Si prega di ignorare la nota aggiuntiva per i bambini piccoli. (Impossibile eliminare tali informazioni da nessuna parte).

La cancellazione della prenotazione deve essere notificata 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo, per poter accogliere nuove prenotazioni.
La cancellazione dell'ultimo minuto non è accettabile.

La nostra casa è a 30-35 minuti dal centro di Toronto. Piazza Lawrence (piccolo centro commerciale) è a 15 minuti a piedi e c'è Yorkdale Mall, 3 fermate di metropolitana dalla metropolitana più vicina dalla mia casa. Abbiamo un negozio di alimentari Urban Fresh sobey accanto al mio edificio.

Annullamenti per prenotazioni anticipate/aggiornamenti delle prenotazioni:
***Gli ospiti che desiderano annullare le prenotazioni:
** devono avvisare l'host, 1-2 mesi prima dell'arrivo, (prenotazioni a lungo termine -3 mesi o più mesi) per poter accettare nuove prenotazioni.
**La cancellazione dell'ultimo minuto non è accettabile.
**Potrebbe essere richiesto di pagare il 50% del costo per una cancellazione irragionevole dell'ultimo minuto.
**È tuo obbligo avvisare l'host in caso di cambiamenti di programma.
***Il saldo rimanente deve essere pagato all'arrivo***
***La prenotazione minima è di almeno 1 settimana e la massima è fino a un anno.

It was great to stay at Imelda homestay. Also, the location was closed to TTC subway, and the bed is comfortable.

Mon séjour chez Imelda s'est très bien passé. Elle est super gentille et bienveillante. Toujours disponible pour aider. Le lieu est très plaisant et sécurisé.

She and her family were very friendly and wonderful. The room was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very confortable.
They were also very felxible and responded to our requests right away, which was a big help.
Additionally, they taught us a lot about Toronto, sharing valuable tips how to SURVIVE this city, which was incredibly helpful.

I recently spent 10 fantastic days at Imelda’s homestay in Toronto, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.
Accommodation: Imelda’s place is cozy, clean, and spacious, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. I had full access to the kitchen and laundry facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. Cooking my own meals and doing laundry helped me feel right at home.
Hospitality: Imelda truly goes above and beyond for her guests. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she also helped me find another home for my sibling through her extensive network. Her local insights and recommendations were invaluable, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ experiences.
Location: The location is fantastic! Within walking distance, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants, making it easy to stock up on essentials or enjoy a meal out. Plus, the proximity to TTC stations made getting around the city a breeze.
Conclusion: Overall, my stay with Imelda was a wonderful experience. Her hospitality, combined with the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, made my time in Toronto truly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a homey place to stay in the city, I highly recommend booking with Imelda!

Imelda is a very gracious host. Upon my arrival I was greeted very warmly by her and her love onces. They treat you like family in every sense of the word, friendly, helpful, always ensuring all is well, a home away from home.

Imelda gave us a really warm welcome at our arrival after a really exhausting day.

My stay in Toronto couldn’t be better!!
Imelda is a really nice person, since my first day she provided everything that I needed and always remained willing to help me with whatever I need. She and her children gave me tips about what to do in the city, and it was really helpful.About the place, it’s a really nice neighborhood, calm and with many things nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, stores, and the most important for me, subway station.
I’d recommend it to anyone!
