3 bedroom house with large garden and parking. Available Single room with comfortable single bed, large bookcase, drawers and full size wardrobe. semi detached home in south Dublin with 2 large gardens, great view of the mountains and 2 bus stops within 5 min walk away. Living at the house is 2 young professional women (teacher and a banker) sharing the home with a dog. We sometimes work from home so we would not be able to accommodate someone who also works from home due to space. Best suited to a young woman who is friendly, loves dogs and prefers to spend a lot of time out & about!

About the Area
Our home is in South Dublin at the foothills of the mountains beside 2 beautiful big public parks. It is a neighborhood full of families. The airport is a 25min drive away. There are 2 bus stops within a 5 minute walk, serving 6 different routes. There is a shop, church, post office and fast food within a 2 min walk.

Claire is super kind and helpful! She assisted when needed and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable! The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the home was well maintained. I spent time a lot of time in the back garden enjoying the sun. I would highly recommend a stay with Claire

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
