It’s a big family apartment , we speak French and English,
We are renting a room , a single bed with shared bathroom and park,
We are a family of 5 persons including 2 kids , one is 2 and 12 years,
There is a big living room- kitchen and balcony.
We are letting a small bedroom with a single bed , very comfy and clean.
There is shared bathroom and use of kitchen as well,
Payment on arrival please in cash
There is a park beside the apartment and bus stop, and Dundrum shopping mall is just some km away.

It’s family with kids one is 2 and 12 years. Respect is very important in terms of dress code please, no beach wear type of clothes or nighties outside your room or unappropriated clothes will not be allowed as we are a family home with kids,
clean the bathroom after usage, and keep the house tidy as you would like to find it
Light cooking permitted ,please clean the oven and wash and dry your dishes plz
If u have to use kitchen , need to do so before 10 pm ,
No smoke and drinking please
Payment on arrival and in cash please.

During my three-month stay with Lovena & her family, their warm hospitality and readiness to assist made a significant impression. Their cozy, tidy home, located near a bus stop and grocery store, offered a comfortable stay. They were always eager to help, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my time there. I highly recommend their place for a great stay!

Lovena and her whole family made me feel at home. She and her husband helped me so much and were very welcoming, and their children were so sweet. I really enjoyed my time at their place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
