Room available in my apartment with private bathroom with excellent location beside dart station and excellent internet access.
Situated beside the sea, close to the airport and the M50 motorway.
There are plenty of scenic walks and facilities nearby.
Supermarket just a five minute walk away.
Pubs, Restaurants and shops plentiful and close by.
Trinity college and Dublin city center colleges and locations within 20 minute dart journey.
Check out by 12pm and check in 3pm or after.

Mel is so friendly and kind. The perfect host. Her house is clean cozy and beautiful. I felt really well like I was in my own home. Public transport are very close; dart 3 min walk and bus stop around 6 min walk. Portmarnock is a nice area, the beach is stunning. I recommend Mel 100%.

Mel is a great host and will definitely give you some space and time for yourself, but she will also help you whenever you need it!
Her place is really lovely and has everything you could ask for! I would definitely recommend staying there if you need a nice place to stay for a trip to Dublin. It's especially nice if you want to be close to the city but still be in a calm environment.
Portmarnock is a bit outside of Dublin, but you can get to the DART train station in a couple of minutes from Mel's place. Then it takes about 30 min to get into the city centre, which is absolutely fine. Portmarnock is also by the sea and has a really nice beach that is about 25-30 min away (if you walk).June 2023
This is a rare find. If you need to stay in Dublin , stay with Mel !! Lovely host, super location, exquisite accommodation.

Mel was a wonderful host - helpful where needed and gave me space to do my own thing. The home is very convenient to DART and the beach, the room has lots of light and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this homestay!

Mel is such a great host, so kind and warming, very helpful when need instructions and give great spots around. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom is big and very nice.
The apartment is in great location very near train station and near from coffee shop and a market place.

Mel's place is beautiful and she is a very welcoming host.
Portmarnock is gorgeous, and the apartment is conveniently located to access the city by DART.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
