My house is in a quiet residential area close to DCU, Botanic Gardens, parks, tennis clubs etc. The city centre is within a 30 min bus ride/50 mins walk/15 mins cycle, bus links close by. There is a large back garden for bike storage and relaxing. We also have a very small female cat.

Please note that from the beginning of September to the end of March (winter months) the weekly rent will increase from €210 to €230 to cover heating.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 3km form City Centre and 15 minutes from Dublin Airport. The bus stops are between 2 and 5 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of options.

I had a really nice stay at Mary's and Miriam's home. The room is tiny but absolutely fine for my purpose. They are kind hosts, can recommend!

Mary and Miriam were the kindest hosts we could have asked for!! They were both friendly and outgoing and always up for a good chat. Mary and Miriam made our stay in Dublin perfect, because they gave us insights into the Irish culture and we learned many sayings ;). Also, they always provided us with information and tips when we needed something.

My experience with May and Miriam has been great! They put you at ease from the beginning to the end of your stay. I had a good time with them, they are always attentive and ready to help us. The room is functional with everything you need and very clean, everything is set up to make you feel at home in the house. Mary and Miriam are loving people and it was a very nice meeting. You will not be disappointed with your stay :)

My stay with Mary and Miriam was wonderful! They are lovely people who are always willing to help you make your stay in Dublin easier. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are nicely maintained and always clean. I stayed in Dublin for two months and Mary and Miriam made me feel at home during my stay <3

Mary and Miriam are lovely hosts, they ensured that I would settle in easily and helped all along the way. They are throughly lovely people whom care for their hosts and respect their space and privacy. The room is perfect, well more than enough space. Miriam and Mary also provided all necessary kitchen utensils when it comes to cook and introduced to how it is done in their household. I have had lovely conversations with both and they always have made my day better than it already was. I truly recommend going to Miriam and Mary as they make it seem as though you are close to home without doing so. I wish Mary and Miriam the best and thank them for my stay, until we meet again!

It was a fantastic stay. I felt like I was at home. Mary and Miriam were extremely kind and funny. I am really going to miss being here. The area is quiet and safe.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
