We are a friendly family with two kids and one cat. All facilities are near the house, only 25mn to Trinity college by bus. Room 1 is downstairs, room 2 is upstairs, both include a private shower room. Diners are included at an extra cost, we cook every day from scratch. You'll have access to the garden, the play room, the kitchen which is very spacious, it is the main room with cooking area, central island, dining area and sitting room.

About the Area
Our house is located on the South West of Dublin in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 4km from the city center and 30mn drive from the airport. There are many bus stops around the address, the nearest one at 2mn walking distance. A shopping center is only 7mn walk and all kind of shops in the village, 5mn from the house.

House Rules
• Rent is for one month and should be paid in advance, no latter than the 25th of the previous month.
• In the monthly rent, heat, hot water, refuse collection, wifi and TV are included.
• No overnight guests are allowed without our permission.
• Bringing friends around should be agreed in advance.
• You are welcome to watch TV with us, use the front sitting room….
• Your diners are included at an extra cost, please give a one day notice if you do not want your diner. Food should not be cooked in your bedroom for safety reasons, odours, cleanliness and humidity that would build up.
• You are responsible to keep your bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. Cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner are available for you to use.
• Because of the noise that the pump make when we use water; no shower are allowed between 10pm and 7am (except of course in special circumstances).
• We supply bed linen and towels and that we will wash them once a week Thursday or Friday, it is up to you to give them to us on Wednesday.
• There is a washing machine, and a dryer as well as clothes line in the garden. One wash a week is normal in addition to washing of bedding and towels. Please manage your laundry to make sure the machine is being fully used and to take advantage of good weather and hang clothes out on the line to dry. The dryer is for use in wet weather only.
• Please, leave your bedroom door open when you are going out, this way we will know that you are out and we can set the alarm for security and insurance reasons.
• We are all expected to consume utilities wisely and aim to cut down on unnecessary utility consumption. So we should aim to switch of lights, PC’s & screens when not in use, turnoff electrical appliances when not needed and close all windows and doors to conserve energy, and not leave taps running.
• We recycle in accordance with local government guidelines: that includes all paper, food tins, glass (which need to be rinsed first) and packaging with a recycle label. These go into the green bin outside in the front. We compost uncooked vegetable peels, uncooked waste fruit, dried and smashed egg shells, tea bags etc. Other items such as batteries and deodorant sprays are sorted and held for later recycling. The remaining waste goes into the black bin.
• If you decide to leave, notice period of one month should be given.
• You must leave the room in the condition you got it.
• Please let us know if there are any maintenance issues or there is anything that you need and we will try to provide it.

Marc's family welcomed me with such kindness and helpfulness, they made me feel at home.The house was beautiful and clean, my room was very spacious and bright. I recommend this stay to everyone.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
