Apartment is modern, clean and in a safe secure area of Stepaside in Dublin 18, close to Dundrum.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony, guest will have access to private bathroom.
Full use of kitchen, washing machine, storage space for food etc.
WIFI available as well.
Gym, Pharmacy, Supermarket all within a 2 minute walk. Stepaside Village is a 10 minute walk away offering many eateries.
47 Bus Stop Direct to University College Dublin and Dublin City Centre is located directly across from the apartment.
Approximately 15 mins walk to Luas Green Line, offering another route access to Dublin City Centre..
Close to Dundrum Town Centre, approximately 40 mins walk or easily accessible via the Luas.

It was a great experience! A bus station very close and also Luas. Great for who must to go city centre. Conor was attentive since my first day, he always answered me back very quickly and the house is in an excellent condition. Thanks, Conor!

This place is really comfortable.
The host fully respects your privacy. I really appreciated that they allowed the guest to use the bathroom exclusively.

Conor was a great host, he gave me the space I needed. Doing my homeoffice work was always possible in a quiet environment and I could always relax after some trips or after work. Whenever I had questions he was always there to help. Would recommend 10/10.

I stayed with Conor during my exchange study at UCD. He is an amazing host who let the guests do their things and is always there to provide a helping hand. He was so nice that I recommended my friend to take the room when I was about to leave Dublin.

My recent stay at Conor's apartment was outstanding. Conor was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with tasteful decor and spacious, clean living areas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Its prime location, right in front of a bus station for easy city access, is a standout feature. Highly recommended!

Absolutely recommend for all of you!다른 홈스테이들은 숙소 사용 규칙에 전기며 온수며 세탁이며 까다로운 규칙 있는 곳도 많은데 여긴 그런거 하나도 없이 모든거 자유롭게 할 수 있었어요! 주인장이 엄청 E 타입은 아니지만 그래도 진짜진짜 착하셔요! 한국인분들 추천드립니다!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
