We our a Francophone Family living in Central Dublin,
We offering a double room with own bathroom to a single occupant
Our location has bus routes 122 (outside the door) 123 stop 3 mins away and the access to the lucas redline 3 min walk from our house. Or a 35 min walk to Grafton street
House is a 5 min walk to Kilmainham Jail and the royal hospiatal, local park is 3 mins walk and Phoenix park is a 20 min cycle or 3 mins on the Luas line

About the Area
Drimnagh is old part of Dublin, Established family's, quiet location. Access to brick field park. 122 bus will bring you into city centre, Luas Red Line brings you to heart of Dublin and gives you access to theatres, cinema, concert venues and parks. You are in walking distance of Kilmainham jail, Royal hospital (art museum) Memorial gardens, Richmond barracks (museum).

We take a deposit and first month before occupancy
we seeking a student for 9 months to a year, if Student leaves prior to this deposit is non refundable
There is a contract we ask all to sign prior to occupancy
Guests are allowed to let family members stay on prior agreement
2 months notice to be given on leaving property

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
