I have 3 adults sons . I have 2 rooms one single and one double to rent. Plus a shared bathroom for those 2 bedrooms.
I have 1 dog and one cat all very friendly.
You may make light meals but the kitchen closes at 7pm
No shoes upstairs

About the Area
Our house is situated 10 minutes walk to Dundrum shopping centre and luas line. The luas line will have you in town in 16 minutes. Marley park is also in walking distant. Local pub is 5 minutes walk and the beacon hospital is also very close. the Dundrum shopping has a cinema and restaurants. they is a local library. The IMI institute in Sandyford is a 15 minute walk.

Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

This was a return visit for me. Always feel 'at home' to come and go as I please. The room is lovely and comfortable. Patricia and Mick are most welcoming.

My husband an me spent 3 nights at Patricias home and it was such a great experience! We hat nice chats an night, a lots of stories to share. Patricia and her husband are so helpful and easygoing. It was exactly what we were looking for!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
