There is also the added benefit of off-street car parking to the front with a side passage leading to the rear garden which incorporates a storage shed offering exceptional storage.

Cashel Road is a 15 mins cycle to the city centre and a 30 minutes drive to the airport.
The property is well located with a wealth of amenities on its doorstep.
It is conveniently located near to Sundrive Park (7 mins walk), SuperValu on the Sundrive Road (10 mins walk), Crumlin Village (10 mins walk) with Ashleaf Shopping Centre and Crumlin Shopping Centre. It further benefits from being 1.7km to the south east of Crumlin Children’s Hospital. There is public transport available with the 17, 18, 83 and 83a providing ease of access to the city and surrounding areas, together with being within close proximity to the M50, making this a highly accessible location.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
