My home is in the centre of tehran and it is a modern cozy home with a very quiet atmosphere .it takes five minutes walk to the subway, bus and cheap taxi . And I have a sweet cat who is more than friendly.

The place is nice and Elham is such a helpful hostess. She assisted me for long hours with paperwork, she helped me with sim card and data bundle, she instructed me on how to get iran bank card, ...
She is so friendly and easygoing. She envited me to join her friends one night for an informal get togheter at her place.

Elham's home is a stylish, friendly and air-conditioned apartment, we were absolutely grateful for the delicious breakfast & her flexibility in our schedule. She was always there to help, even though she was going through a difficult time personally, she kept our reservation. Really hope to visit again!

Her house is incredibly clean and very close from the a metro station.She is a thoughtful person and willing to help you whatever you requested.I’d highly recommend Elham for your staying in Tehran.Awesome

One feels directly at home in Elham's small and cosy appartement. Not only because it is a very nicely decorated place with a special atmosphere but because of the kindness of her owner. Elham gave us a warm welcome, shared some dinner and tea with us and every morning we had a delicious Iranian traditional breakfast. She also gave us useful tips and information about places to visit and where to eat in Teheran. The place is perfectly located in the city centre, within walkable distance and close to two different metro lines, but the street is very quiet. We strongly recommend Elham's appartment!

The host cancelled the booking on the day of arrival.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
