About the Area
Our home is located 1 Km from Western Express Highway in a quiet neighbor hood approx 1 km from the Oberoi Mall and Westin Hotel offering top end brands, Movie theaters and Food Court, Restaurants. Just 15 to 20 mins from the domestic and International airports. Near Film City on the main road well connected to all public transport facilities, local shops and restaurants are 2 mins walk. The building is well maintained with lifts and good security. The room is quite has been newly done up and with good ventilation and open area view.
The family is modern and well educated. The spare room is newly done up with air conditioning and laundry facilities. Light breakfast is part of rate. Veg Dinner can be organised on request The room is being given out to like minded people who want a homely atmosphere with hotel like facilities.

The Room is only available for only women. Single Men please excuse.
We will need is a scanned copy of government ID and reason for visiting Mumbai/India before arrival preferably.
Do let us know your arrival time so we can be there to receive you. We can also organise airport pickup at an additional charge if required.
Room will be cleaned once a day in the morning before 12 noon
No Guest allowed with out permission
No damage allowed to the linen and furniture in bed room or toilet fixtures.
If staying out late or going to travel during the stay you must inform details to us for your own safety
We would like the payment to be made in advance once booking is confirmed bank details will be provided for transfers. In case of short booking time payment should be made on arrival.
Cancellations are accepted 15 days in advance and will apply cancellation charges depending on replacement booking is recived

I had a wonderful stay at Sangeeta's beautiful apartment. The room is lovely and tidy, complete with air conditioning and a great view. Sangeeta was so kind and welcoming, gave me great recommendations for things to do in Mumbai, included me in Diwali celebrations, and even made me dinner when I was sick. I already miss her incredible vegetarian breakfasts and equally enjoyed our conversations! The room was also cleaned daily, the apartment is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores and it is easy to catch a rickshaw to nearby sights. I cannot recommend Sangeeta's homestay highly enough!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
