Am I eligible for the Deposit payment option?

If the service is available to you, you will see a Deposit payment option in your account settings. The service is only available in some countries and currencies.

With this Deposit payment option the guest pays a 25% deposit of the price of stay to confirm their booking. Homestay.com will transfer this 25% deposit amount to you 2 business days after their scheduled arrival (less a small service fee). You will receive this deposit when a guest cancels less than 7 days in advance of arrival or fails to arrive. If a guest cancels more than 7 days in advance the guest will be refunded this deposit. We have partnered with a trusted payments provider Payoneer.com and they will process the payment to you.
