Why can Homestay.com deactivate my account?

Your account can be deactivated or paused for the following reasons:

 

If you are a Guest

  1. Contacting a host inappropriately
  2. If the information provided is not accurate

If you are a Host

  1. Not responding to booking requests, declining multiple booking requests or not updating the availability calendar
  2. If we confirm that you're not living in the house
  3. If the information provided is not accurate
  4. If you have a duplicate profile
  5. If we receive continuous negative feedback and reviews from guests

Host and guest deactivation is at the discretion of Homestay.com.
