Why can Homestay.com deactivate my account?
Your account can be deactivated or paused for the following reasons:
If you are a Guest
- Contacting a host inappropriately
- If the information provided is not accurate
If you are a Host
- Not responding to booking requests, declining multiple booking requests or not updating the availability calendar
- If we confirm that you're not living in the house
- If the information provided is not accurate
- If you have a duplicate profile
- If we receive continuous negative feedback and reviews from guests
Host and guest deactivation is at the discretion of Homestay.com.
