How do I arrange payments for long term bookings?

Long term bookings have the same terms and conditions as short term bookings. The guest pays a 15% booking fee (maximum booking fee of 250 $£€) on the price of the stay on each booking.

When a booking is made, the guest pays the booking fee, and you then receive the guest’s direct contact details so you can email or call them to arrange a payment method that works for you both.

If you wish to take payment before arrival, you must highlight this in your profile so that the guest is aware before they make a booking.

Some hosts (depending on your country and currency) can avail of our Deposit payment option. If you sign up to this option, guests must pay 25% of the price of the stay and the 15% booking fee (maximum fee of 250 $£€) to confirm the booking. This 25% deposit payment is paid to you 2 business days after the scheduled arrival date. The time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account depends on your bank. There is a small host service fee (3% of deposit/minimum charge 1 $£€) for availing of this option to cover the transaction fees (credit card fees, bank transfer fees and currency conversion fees). This fee will be automatically deducted from the payment made to you. The payments are made via a third party service provider, Payoneer.
