Welcoming guests

Make your guest's arrival as pain free as possible. 

Firstly, you should agree a check-in time for you to welcome your them.

To ensure your guest has a smooth journey to your home please make sure they have:

• Your full address
• Your correct contact information
• Directions to your home from where they are travelling

Always make sure you're available to answer your phone if they need to contact you. If you're delayed or not able to greet them for whatever reason, please ensure a family member or a neighbour is there instead for the guest’s arrival.
