Guest expectations - guest bookings

Most guests start to plan their trip after they have booked their accommodation, so please make sure you can honour their booking before accepting it.

We know that sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable but be sure to let your guest know by phone or email as soon as you can. The more notice they have to find another host, the better.

Do also contact us straight away so we can help the guest find alternative accommodation.

And remember, multiple host cancellations on your listing will affect your ranking on the search page and could result in your account being paused for a period of time.
