How does the booking process work?

To secure a booking, guests pay 15% booking fee to Homestay.com on the price of stay (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings). You receive the total price of stay directly from the guest either in advance or on arrival.

If your rate is €30 per room per night, you'll get €30 per room per night. 

It's your responsibility to check that the price you've set is the correct per room per night rate. If a guest books a room at the rate you’ve set, you must honour that price.
