Will I get a photo of the guest(s) before they arrive?

Once a booking is confirmed, you'll receive details of the guest name(s), nationality, gender and age. You'll also receive an email address and contact number for the lead guest.

Guests are not required to provide a photo at the time of booking but we encourage you to get in touch with your guests by email before they arrive – you can ask them to send you one!
