Welcome to this charming 48m2 apartment which consists of:
1 bedroom (which I occupy throughout the year for my studies)
+ 1 shared bathroom with shower bath
+ 1 shared living room (with double bed for you)
+ 1 shared equipped kitchen.

(NOTE: Being a student on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, I will never be there during the day. I leave in the morning around 7:30 a.m. and do not return until 6 p.m.
From 9 p.m., for your privacy and comfort, I will no longer circulate in the kitchen and living room.)
Throughout your stay, you will enjoy access to:
- The kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, oven and kettle
- The bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer
- The washing machine (5€ supplement if desired use)
- The living room with multiple sockets at the foot of the double bed, bedding provided, TV with more than 100 channels including NETFLIX and Wi-Fi connection.
You will sleep comfortably on a double bed (with 4 pillows, bedding provided and additional blankets if needed) Drawers will be reserved for you to store your belongings.
During your stay, we will also provide you with board games, magazines and brochures of activities in the region.
We offer you a free simple but healthy breakfast which will consist of: coffee, tea, infusion, fruit juice, seasonal fruit and cereals.
A deposit of 400€ will be required. It will of course be returned to you if there is no theft or damage during the inventory.
I clean while respecting the health rules of Covid19 before and after each departure. As a matter of principle, I do not ask for any supplement for cleaning. Of a benevolent and respectful nature, it goes without saying that I expect the same from my hosts.
LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is located in the city center of Strasbourg in a district that is both quiet and practical because it is close to everything.
You will be close to the Mathieu Zell bus stop. You will be able to park in the neighborhood for free.
Less than 200 meters on foot, you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, tobacco, restaurants and bistro.
The tram is 500m away on foot, as is the pretty park of the sheepfold in which you will find muscle building equipment for free.
Strasbourg train station is 5min away by tram.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
