Hi! My name is Lorenzo, I'm 27 years old and I was born in Venice and I have been living here in Paris for 5 years :)
I love to travel, I've been 6 months in Central America last year, and it was a wonderful experience, in the meantime that Europe was in lockdown. Likewise, I love art, music, photography and cinema. I'm a junior photographer and a video clip director! I'm writing the scenario of my first short film right now! :)
It's my first time in Homestay, I hope to find new interesting people!

I live alone in this beautiful flat, in the last floor of a 1860 building in rue de Varenne, near Sevres-Babylone.
The flat is in the Saint-Germain-des-Près district, one of the most beautiful (and also expensive!) quarters of Paris. The area is full of beautiful architecture, cafés, night life. The quarter is really safe!
You're 5 minutes walk from the Saint-Germain-des-Prés church.
Le Bon Marché, the first modern department store, is 2 minutes walk.
The Orsay Museum is about 15 minutes walk and the Louvre Museum is 20 minutes walk. The Latin Quartier and the beautiful Luxembourg park is 15 minutes away!
The nearest Metro station (Sevrès-Babylone) is 2 minute walk, and it serves the line 10 and 12.
With the line 10 you can visit all the Latin Quarter and also the 7th arrondissement (Eiffel Tower and Invalides).
With the line 12 you're 25 minutes away from Montmartre, a really beautiful part of the city.
If you want to visit the Marais or the north of the city, you should take the line 4 in Saint-Germain-des-Prés (5 minutes walk)!

The flat has a bedroom with double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (washing-machine w/ dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge) and a beautiful terrace full of sunlight all day long!
The living room has a sofa bed (where I'll sleep), armchair, small table, a video-projector that you can use to watch a film or a tv series, a lot of books of art/photography/architecture.
The bathroom has a bathtub :)

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
