Hi, my name is Lorcan, I'm Irish but have lived in Paris for 12 years. So I speak both English and French.
I own a cosy apartment with two bedrooms. I live there with my girlfriend. The apartment is near the Eiffel tower, the river Seine and museums. There are great restaurants, several supermarkets and a bakery close by.
I don't serve breakfast but I keep the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, cereals, milk, juice, sugar... You can help yourselves and I'm happy to help with any requests you have.

About the Area
The apartment is in the 7th arrondissement, between the Champ de Mars and Invalides. The closest metro station is Ecole Militaire on line 8 and there are also other metro stations, RER C, and bus and Velib (bike) stations nearby. It's also walking distance to many shops, museums and the Seine.

Lorcan was a very nice host. His home is great located within walking distance of a lot of sights. (For example the Eiffel Tower). If i will go to Paris again, i would like to stay at his place!

Lorcan was a gracious host. I came in late at night and he waited up for me. Helped me with a taxi booking for my flight out of Paris. His home is conveniently located within walking distance of a lot of sights, including the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe etc . I would go back and stay there when in Paris.

Lorcan is a very nice and intellectual person. Staying with him is the best part the comfort is provided by him and location is also very nice. Lorcan and his partner maintain all sorts of facility and neat and clean environment.

We recommend it absolutely because of the proximity of everything and because it is a very nice and quiet area, a few blocks from the tower!!! A very good experience!!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
