    Elizabeth and her friend booked only one night stay in my house. We were very happy to meet with each other when they checked in for the first time. I was glad and patient to give her useful advice on how to use Paypal system when she made inquiries.
    What makes me feel sad is after they checked out, Elizabeth wrote a very negetive, offensive and somewhat untrue report as well as reviews on me. Admittedly, we will make further improvements to make each of our bedrooms and public area including shared bathroom looks new, modern and tidy as this is not a new house.
    However, some of her negetive reports and reviews are exaggerating, untrue, offensive and distorted. As a host, we always do the cleaning for bathroom, toilet and kitchen around two days earlier before every new tenant arrive at our house. But she wrote in the review that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned for many weeks! In fact, the bathroom was renovated 10 years ago, it is quite normal that shower accessories including tiles in bathroom look old. But it is not that dirty at all. The all new shared kettle in the kitchen has been used for less than one year by customers, it is not that dirty as Elizabeth exaggeratedly described in her negative review.
    Apart from that, almost all of our previous customers love those private locks on the each door of their bedrooms, this can completely protect their privacy at all time. That’s why we installed private lock and it is often highly praised by our dear customers. Many of our customers in the house think it is strange and unbelievable how can Elizabeth wrote such a terrible, somewhat untrue and offensive reviews on a kind-hearted and patient host.
    Anyway, all the best and we will continually make good efforts to provide good customer service and let our customers have a happier, warmmer and more comfortable stay In our house.
