  4 nights stay. Pleasant guy, clean, tidy, extremely and considerate around the home. Self sufficient. Unfortunately on the 2nd day, the guest decided he had found alternative accommodation with friends and did not want to pay for the nights which he had booked a month in advance. On arrival he had not made the payment for the booking immediately. I had lost a nights accommodation booking as he desperately needed to check in at 8am due to a long flight from Pakistan, so I reserved the night before off the calendar. I explained check in is 2pm in order for previous guests to checkout at 11am and for the room to be cleaned and prepared. After negotiating with me for 10mins that he should be able to cancel and not pay, he reluctantly made the payment.
  Once payment was made the booking went smoothly after... guest was very quiet and considerate around the home, and engaged politely in pleasantries.
