Notre famille vit dans une maison de 5 chambres située à Sandyford avec notre fils. Notre maison est située à 5 minutes de la ligne de Glencairn Green Luas et des lignes de bus numéro 44 et 47 de Dublin. Le centre commercial Sandyford est situé à 2 minutes à pied.
* Le dîner peut être fourni avec un supplément.
Nous avons une cuisine de taille moyenne qui s'ouvre sur un coin repas et une seule salle de bain et douche communes

A propos du quartier
Notre maison est située à environ 30 minutes de route de Luas jusqu'au centre-ville, il y a un centre commercial local composé de kiosque à journaux, de plats à emporter, de café, de chimistes, de médecins généralistes et de dentiste à portée de main, nous sommes proches des montagnes de Dublin, y compris la forêt de Ticknock, en termes de shopping / divertissement, il y a le centre commercial Dundrum 15 minutes sur le Luas.

Keep noise to a minimum,Please do not invite strangers into our home,please keep our home secure and double lock the front door ,kitchen can be used at certain times of the day,perishable food items can be stored in a allocated location in the fridge,meals must be prepared by microwave,toaster and kettle which are free to use ,strictly no smoking or drinking in the house.if you staying less than 2 months you have to pay nightly and guest pay every two weeks at once.

+ the house is near some bus line and from the Luas which is very handy
+ the room is the cheapest I could find near Dublin's city centre
+ There is a Centra at less than 2 minutes walking, or a Lidl (less expensive) if you take the Luas- the kitchen is dirty, in fact the floor is sticky as well as the light switches, the worktop, the bathtub ... But my bedroom was a little bit better.
- even if it's written that you can use the washing machine, you can only use it once every two weeks
- I was in the biggest bedroom, which doesn't have any door, and I noticed that Gity was coming into my bedroom almost every single day without letting me know. Even if it was to empty my trash can, I wasn't feeling safe to know that someone was in my room.mars 2023

What a wonderful host she is!
Gity is a very lovely warm and welcoming person,
Although I stayed there only for two nights I felt like I knew her forever.
I was a bit unwell during my stay and she made sure I’m warm and comfortable.
All family is very friendly and welcoming.
Place is located in quiet estate very close to Luas and direct bust to city center.
There is nearby grocery shop, coffee shop, pharmacy etc..and Dundrum Shopping Centre just 10 minutes away.

Gity was very welcoming to me and explained many things to me.
But in her kitchen you can only use the microwave, there is only one bathroom for the whole house. My room was very small, I could feel the springs in the mattress, there was wind coming through the ceiling lights, her son had to put tape on the ceiling to keep the air out.
At the end of my stay Gity asked me to pay extra because she had increased her prices since my arrival, not very serious unfortunately.mai 2022
Gity is the best host you can ask for. She was always very sweet towards me, she helped me whenever I needed it and took care of me. I'm very thankful, the stay was beyond perfect. Can't wait to come back.

Gity is very friendly and very welcoming person, with a constant smile on her face when you talk to her. I was staying in the loft room and was blown away by it. It is beautiful and spacious and to have it all to myself was a real privilege. The area is very safe and quiet, I really loved the location, it is close to Luas and to bus. There is a shopping centre nearby as well so you have everything you might need within the walking distance. I would go back in a heartbeat

Gity does everything to make her guests feel comfortable, helping them and being warm. She was very helpful and didn't hesitate to take us to our bus back home at 3am!
