The home stay was okay but hosts response to messages/calls before going their home was not at all good. They did not pick up our call we called them so many times to get the address but no response at all. They never send us directions for their home no guidence at all , we had hard time to find their house.

It was a fantastic stay with Claudia, she and her husband are more than hosts to us. They both are very friendly and we never felt like guests in her house. The room given to us was very nice, clean and big. Though bathroom was shred it was ultimately clean and decorated nicely. Claudia has given us tasty breakfast too, which we enjoyed . She has also suggested us "must visit" places nearby which was worth visiting. Which made our trip memorable in true sense :) . Thank you so much Claudia for your hospitality and guidance for visiting unexplored places in Italy. Santa's home was like home away from your home for us. All her family members including her are very helpful.We were warmly welcomed by her husband Ram and her daughter in law. We have given a clean neat room with a separate big and clean bathroom. The breakfast items given to us were also ample and good. We felt like we are in our home and never felt like we are Santa's guests . I would definitely recommend stay with her and would like to visit her again whenever I go to Paris.
