Ana is a great host. An artist with her work displayed in the apartment. She has excellent taste in home decor, everything is perfect. Ana speaks good English and a non smoker. Supermarket across the apartment and lots of restaurants in a vibrant area also a quiet neighborhood. Nice period building with excellent amenities, a good shower and wifi. Also Ana has a majestic cat Khun. Nearby metro and bus connections as well as a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes to the city center.

The Good: Location 20 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Hot shower at all times, clean room with lots of wardrobe space. Nearby supermarkets and cafes. The Bad. Rosario speaks ZERO English which is OK but made no attempt to translate in to English even if she has a smart phone. I speak a little Spanish but she insisted on speaking in rapid Spanish. Bad directions from the bus stand. The UGLY. She is a chain smoker. The apartment reeked of smoke it permeated the apartment. I would recommend this place only if you speak fluent Spanish and can tolerate smoking in the apartment. I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable during my stay. Frankly I could not wait for my stay to be over. Sorry, I am well travelled and I really do not like to leave negative comments but I have to be honest and forewarn others.
