Charlene was a delightful guest. Very respectful of the property, quiet and left our unit clean. We enjoyed having her and her guest stay with us for the new year.

Shangyi is a pure delight. Very helpful around the house as though a normal family member. Never took anything for granted - always asked first. Works hard at her studies, goes out occasionally but always mindful of time and others in the house. Would have her stay again in a shot.
